Cambodia exports tons of milled rice in the first seven months of 2025
A total of 51 companies exported Cambodian rice to 65 countries and regions during the January–July period, with China remaining one of the top importers. The kingdom shipped 105,621 tons of milled rice to China, earning $62.1 million.
CRF Secretary General Lun Yeng said that the majority of the exported rice was fragrant rice, accounting for approximately 77.65 percent of the total. White rice made up 15.61 percent, parboiled rice 3.27 percent, organic rice 2.61 percent, and other varieties 0.86 percent.
The data highlights Cambodia’s continued reliance on premium rice varieties and the importance of Chinese demand in sustaining its agricultural export revenue.
