I believe we are moving into a different era now. People want more honesty in how they communicate, more clarity in how they operate and more alignment between who they are and how they show up.”
— Mia Jerritt

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC), CANADA, June 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Mia Jerritt, conscious leadership strategist and founder of Leaders of the New Paradigm, is introducing the Leadership Alignment Journey, a new transformational program designed for emerging leaders, hidden leaders, entrepreneurs and executives who feel disconnected from traditional models of leadership built around pressure, burnout and overperformance. Now open to private clients, the program brings together the frameworks, tools and transformational work Jerritt has developed through nearly a decade of coaching and more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience.

Jerritt says, “The people I work with are often highly capable and deeply intuitive, but many have spent years adapting themselves in order to succeed, belong or carry responsibility. Eventually they reach a point where the way they have been operating no longer feels sustainable or connected to who they really are. That realization is often where this work begins.”

The Leadership Alignment Journey centers on Jerritt’s Bridge Method™ and is supported by the Energy Audit™, Leader Meter™, Shadow Leadership Series™ and Hidden Leader Assessment™.

The program helps participants identify the hidden patterns shaping how they communicate, respond under pressure and lead others, then guides them toward a more intentional and aligned way of operating inside their businesses, teams and relationships.

As part of the next evolution of her work, Jerritt says she is placing greater focus on supporting emerging and hidden leaders within organizations and communities. Through the Hidden Leader Assessment™, she works to identify individuals whose influence, emotional intelligence and leadership potential may not always be reflected through traditional leadership structures.

Before founding Leaders of the New Paradigm in 2017, Jerritt spent decades building businesses, leading teams and developing wellness and leadership programs across Canada.

At 19, she became the head coach and technical director for the Yukon Territory, overseeing more than 10 community organizations and hundreds of athletes. By 22, she was appointed Health and Wellness Director for Yukon College before eventually building two wellness and rehabilitation facilities in British Columbia that remain in operation today.

Her perspective has also been shaped far beyond traditional business environments. Jerritt has solo traveled through more than 25 countries, cycled thousands of miles including 1,500 miles from Vancouver to Los Angeles, participated in off-the-grid underground endurance races and worked alongside mentorship and empowerment initiatives across Peru, Ghana, Guyana, Cambodia and Myanmar. Those experiences now inform the way she works with leaders facing uncertainty, transition and high pressure environments.

Raised in a childhood shaped by 26 moves across Canada as the daughter of a Canadian police officer, Jerritt says she learned early how quickly people adapt themselves in order to belong, succeed or survive. Today, that understanding sits at the center of her work helping people recognize the inherited emotional patterns and communication habits quietly shaping workplace culture and performance.

Jerritt says, “Most workplaces are still operating from pressure, urgency and fear based systems where people disconnect from themselves in order to keep succeeding. I believe we are moving into a different era now. People want more honesty in how they communicate, more clarity in how they operate and more alignment between who they are and how they show up.”

As she approaches a decade in business, Jerritt says the launch reflects a larger shift she is seeing among entrepreneurs, founders and professionals who are rethinking traditional success models that reward exhaustion over sustainability and performance over self awareness.

One recent client, a successful coach and podcaster, described working with Jerritt as the first time she felt safe enough to fully acknowledge the personal patterns that had quietly shaped her leadership and decision making for years. According to Jerritt, those moments of awareness often become the beginning of meaningful personal and professional change.

Jerritt’s work has been featured in Authority Magazine, Vitality Digest Magazine and TRIO Magazine. She has also spoken at events including the World Fitness Conference, Women Who Influence and the HerStory International Women’s Day Summit.
